I cackled at the mention of chatbots. I’m currently part of a project where I represent the daily operational side, where we are tasked to evaluate quality of specific data points, and a couple of years of experience has showed that the reasons are as plenty as the bits of sand at the beach. In comes another team who wants to immediately implement “categories,” because “surely you can categorize quality reasons to specific bins.” That was the last time I laughed as hard as today.
