Hey, so I just listened to the Starship Troopers Overview, and one thing I noticed was that it kept going out of sync. Like it’d match up in the beginning, then start to drift as the movie went on. For example, the joke about Carmen’s mom being home came a few minutes after Denise Richard utters the “my dad isn’t home” line. I kept having to pause the movie for fifteen seconds or half a minute at a time so that the commentary could catch up.

Not really a complaint, as it wasn’t a huge deal, I’ve seen Starship Troopers dozens of times so I pretty much know what you guys were referring to most of the time. I’m just curious as to why this is the case. Are there different cuts of the movies out there, and we’re watching different ones?

Anyway, since the comments are now closed, I also wanted to say that I loved it. For two bucks it’s a steal.

I also had comments to convey on the Starship Troopers commentary even though the comments section has closed. First, it was great fun, I’ll probably pay for the rest and would gladly buy more if you recorded more.

Second, great catch on noticing the guy from the wire, but there was one noteworthy cameo you missed. The guy who asks the protagonist if hee is rated to repair helmets is Walter’s brother-in-law, the DEA agent agent on “Breaking Bad.”

Awesome work! I really hope you guys do more of these.
