What would happen if Thumbelina had allergies? Girl sleeps in flowers and stuff, right? Would the pollen be too big for her to even notice, or would she go into shock and die?
And what about some other characters… Like Hanzel and Grettel with glutton intolerance and they ate all that junk food? Or! This could be a great commentary on the dangers of childhood obesity and bad foods- what if they had diabetes? Or if they get home and realize they acquired it at the witch’s house from all the sugar?
Or Snow White with an allergy to apples (this does happen, I know at least two people that can’t eat apples)? She may not actually wake up when Prince Charming kisses her…
Or John McClain to dust (dude shimmies through vents a lot)? Would the baddies figure out where he is?

Stupid idea, but kind of amusing to muse about.
I keep thinking about the various Star Wars characters and the weird alien environments they visit. If Chewbacca had caught the sniffles…wow! His coat would be gross after a while.
I suppose Vaders resperator would take out must of the allergins, but him sneezing would sound pretty cool.
A Vader sneeze would be pretty epic…
“Sorry, Ben, we need to find some other ship to get us to Alderaan.”
“I know the crew looks shady, Luke, and the Falcon looks like it can barely reach orbit, but–”
“It’s not the ship or their personalities. Wookiee dander plays hell on my allergies.”
