Greetings and salutations,
Noted internet personality Matthew Wrather has given me his blessing to hock my wares in this forum, and so, gratefully, I am going to take advantage of his generosity. This is Chris Morgan. You may know me from:
1. My trenchant comments where I make minor corrections to things said in the OTI podcasts.
2. Those few articles I wrote for this site, like, two years ago.
3. My legendary appearance on the OTI podcast where I threw a cup of coffee on Jerry “The King” Lawler.
Anyway, on to the plugging portion of this post. I have written a book. Some might call it an electronic book. Others, an eBook. To put it more specifically, I have written a novel for Kindle on Amazon. I am pretty sure it is only available via Kindle, and it is most certainly only available through Amazon. Obviously, I would appreciate it immensely if any of you would deign to read it. It will only set you back $2.99, which is the cheapest price Amazon will let me use. The link to the page for the book is as follows:
It is a humorous, sort of detective, sort of buddy comedy novel. So, if that sounds interesting to you, or even if it doesn’t. I encourage you to check it out. You might like it. You can trust me too, since I am impartial in all of this.
Since this is now a forum post, perhaps you can even feel free to ask me any questions or provide any comments here. Maybe you can ask me, “Why did you do this?” Or other such questions. This is the first novel I have written, as I have spent my time prior to this writing TV pilots and spec scripts, and I shall be doing that again in the future. All my spec script shows are going off air! What am I to do now? This is important to you!
Anywho, if you read this novel, that would be great. Also, since, I am taking the time to shamelessly plug myself, I’ll throw a quick mention of my podcast in as well. To keep it relevant to OTI, I will note that Matthew Wrather has appeared on the show twice, in episodes 13 and 56. So, at the very least, you can check him out. Here are a couple links:
Thank you for indulging me, and thanks again to Mr. Wrather for letting me promote myself.
