Dick Cheney: Marksmanship
America should be teaching the world by example and instructional video, not Putin and the Russians.

Putin is ex-KGB (and I use “ex” very loosely). He could probably kill you ballpoint-pen ala Jason Bourne if you pissed him off during a meeting. Or if you sneezed.
